Below, you’ll find a sample itinerary and menu to give you a glimpse of what to expect. More details will be shared over the coming year. The retreat is planned for June, July, or August—final dates will be selected based on what works best for most attendees.

Day 1: Arrival & Grounding

Theme: Arrival, intention setting, and gentle grounding

We offer two retreat package options to suit your preferences. The Standard Retreat Package, priced at $1,550 per person, includes 7 days and 6 nights of shared lodging with a roommate in a cozy Adirondack cabin or lodge. This package features daily beginner-friendly yoga and meditation sessions, a sound healing experience, a guided group hike, and an outdoor excursion such as kayaking or paddleboarding. Guests will enjoy three nourishing meals per day, snacks, and access to wellness workshops focused on topics like journaling, self-care, and goal-setting.
